MO2-9B 型电脑数控弹簧端面磨床是我公司在国内外数控端面磨床的基础上新近研制开发的双料盘磨簧机械。该机利用气缸实现料盘循环转换，可一边磨削，一边装卸装簧，也可单独送料磨削。采用伺服电机控制砂轮进给，具有自动检测、补偿、报警功能，其砂轮进给速度、进给量、磨削压力和送料盘的转速都可以通过显示屏进行编程。操作使用方便，生产效率高，是适用于批量弹簧双端面磨削的理想设备。

The feed speed and quantity of the grinding wheel, grinding pressure, rotating speed of the feeding plate all can be programmed on the computer screen.
